Standardized Management Systems and Mission Track

Mission Track facilitates compliance with the requirements for emergency / contingency management of the Standardized Management Systems.

Among others, the ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000 and IATF 16949 standards require development in the context of the Emergency / Contingency Response Plans Management System, each in its respective range.

These requirements are set out in clause 8.2 of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards, in clause 8.4 of ISO 22000, and clause 6.1.2.3 in the case of the IATF 16949, and in all cases can be summarized as follows:

  • Establish Emergency / Contingency Response Plans (after the corresponding Risk assessment).
  • Inform and train those involved and other interested parties in the Response Plans.
  • Test and evaluate the Response Plans, to verify their adequacy and for their improvement.
  • Keep the corresponding documented information.

Mission Track lets you digitalize in an integral and operational manner any Emergency / Contingency Response Plan, that has been defined and structured according to the Emergency Management Cycle, compatible with the PDCA cycle, in which the referenced standards are based.

Mission Track guarantees compliance with the requirements of the rules associated with Emergency Response Plans because, among many other features, it allows:

  • All involved personnel to have access, at any time, to updated information on the Emergency Response Plan, through the Mission Track web and mobile app.
  • Training those involved, and other stakeholders in Response Plans, through access to information, and performing room exercises.
  • Testing and evaluating the Emergency Response Plans, by performing simulations or field exercises using the Mission Track “drill mode”.
  • Having access to the required documented information, as both the plan itself and the complete records of the exercises, drills, and actual emergencies, are recorded in the system.
