Your emergency plan, on everyone’s phone
Your emergency plan runs to dozens of pages, and in an emergency nobody reads it. Mission Track Neo turns it into concrete steps for each role: everyone gets only what they have to do on their phone, the control room follows progress live and the report writes itself.
The problem: a plan that lives in a PDF
Nobody remembers their role
When the alarm goes off, the emergency lead, response, evacuation and first-aid teams don’t have the plan at hand.
Alerting takes too long
Calling the emergency team one by one takes more than an hour.
Nothing gets recorded
Neither in real emergencies nor in drills is there a record of what was done and when.
Every update is costly
Changing the plan means reprinting, redistributing and retraining everyone.
How Mission Track Neo solves it
Your plan, as role-based procedures
We turn your emergency plan into procedures with steps, owners and times. We set it up with you during onboarding.
One-tap activation
The emergency lead activates the procedure from the phone or the web, wherever they are. The whole team gets the alarm at once, even on silent, and everyone confirms whether they are taking part.
Everyone, only their own steps
Each member sees the steps for their role on the phone and ticks them off. Every step is time-stamped.
Live control room
Who is coming, where everyone is on the map and which steps are pending, by team and by site.
A report when it ends
Times per step, per team and total duration, ready for the audit or the inspection.
Drills that count
Switch on drill mode and repeat the exercise whenever you want: the same steps and the same report, kept apart from real emergencies. Drill evidence is stored for your audits (ISO 45001, civil protection or Seveso inspections).
A good time to go digital
In Spain, Royal Decree 524/2023 (Basic Civil Protection Standard) repealed the 2007 Basic Self-Protection Standard and set a four-year deadline, to July 2027, to adapt the self-protection framework. Once the new standard is in force, many plans will need reviewing. It is the moment to do it once and leave the plan operational on your team’s phones.
Who it is for

One system for every site and a single control room.
Public bodies and services
Compliant with the Spanish National Security Framework (ENS), with data hosted in the EU.
FAQ

See your plan on a phone in 30 minutes
In the demo we show you how your emergency plan would look as steps and how you would activate your team.
