Upon notification of an incident, the emergency coordinator receives an alarm on their mobile, along with the identification of the observer who activated it, and its geolocation.

The emergency coordinator can open a chat with the observer to request photographs and additional information about the incident. If necessary, it’s also possible to make a phone call directly from the app.

With this information, the emergency coordinator can assess the level and severity of the emergency, to activate the appropriate response plans, or to deactivate the alert in the event of a false alarm.
