MTBox

MTBox is a complementary application to Mission Track, a digital public address (PA) system through which users can receive notices and instructions to follow the directions of the personnel that manages the emergency.
From Mission Track you can define communication channels through which to send notifications in the form of text messages that MTBox users will receive:
- Channels to which you need to subscribe to receive messages. Designed for the staff of the organisation that does not participate in emergency management, but must be notified and informed.
- Channels that act on the basis of the MTBox user’s location. MTBox users will receive notifications provided they are in the geographical area previously defined by the organisation. Designed for outsourced personnel who access the organisation’s facilities, or for users or clients of the organisation that can be found in the facilities at the time of the emergency.
- Channels that require a subscription, and also act on the basis of the MTBox user’s location.
To receive notifications from MTBox, a user must download the application (free) and install it on their mobile device. Subsequently, you can subscribe to the channels whose code has been communicated to you by the organisation, or receive notifications of channels that act only based on the geolocation of the user’s mobile device.
MTBox does not require any identification by its users, and allows them to activate or deactivate the type of channels to which they wish to subscribe, as well as the geolocation of the mobile device.
