Automatic triggering of actions
Depending on the risk level, Mission Track Neo can send customised alerts through different channels: mobile app, SMS or email.
It can also start automatic responses to events: launch procedures, call the crisis committee with the link to its video conference room, send communications or activate response systems.
Early warning of risk scenarios
External information is processed in real time by CIASS©, our exclusive interrelated risk analysis algorithm, to assess the site’s risk level and anticipate emergencies.
It takes into account the factors that make it worse, such as wind in a fire, and can monitor official weather warnings and satellite-detected heat spots.
Integration of external information
Mission Track Neo can integrate external information from a wide range of sources, such as smart cameras, sensors, IoT devices, corporate systems, or information and data available on the web.
How this information is integrated and presented is fully configurable, turning Mission Track Neo into a Command and Control Centre tailored to each organisation’s event monitoring needs.

How it works
Notify
Anyone can report an incident from the app, with their location and photos.
Assess
The person in charge receives the alert, talks to whoever reported it and assesses its severity.
Activate
With one tap they activate the response plan and call out the teams, who confirm their availability.
Respond
Each member receives the steps of their procedure and the incident location on their phone.
Control
The web app shows the teams’ positions and the progress of each step in real time.
Coordinate
Teams communicate by chat, voice messages and notices, with each other and with the control centre.
Analyse
Everything is logged with its time, to review the emergency and improve the plan.
Train
Drills are run on the same system, so training is just like responding.
