On many occasions, people who observe emergency situations are delayed, or fail to notify them, either because they doubt that they really constitute an emergency, or because they do not know how and to whom to notify them.
The Mission Track notification screen can be configured to include events contemplated in emergency plans, crisis plans, or organisational continuity plans.
Clicking on each icon displays a detailed description of the type of incident to be reported. In this way, anyone in the organisation can recognise if a certain situation should be considered as an incident that should be reported.
Notification can be done simply by clicking on the icon corresponding to the type of incident observed. To avoid false alarms, the system displays a detailed description and requests confirmation before sending the notification.
Together with the notification, the type of emergency, the identity of the observer and its location are sent automatically.
