Mission Track Ping
Your organization’s digital public address system, on everyone’s phone.
Mission Track Ping is the companion app to Mission Track Neo that lets your organization send notices and instructions to everyone who needs to be informed in an emergency, even if they are not involved in managing it: staff, contractors, visitors, customers or users of your facilities.
How it works
- Your organization creates the Ping channels it needs in Mission Track Neo: by site, by building, by group…
- Share the code or QR code of each channel with the people concerned: on a poster, on visitor badges, during induction training…
- Each person installs Ping for free, subscribes with that code and, from then on, receives the channel’s messages on their phone.
Only your organization’s authorized Mission Track Neo users can send messages to a channel: anyone who receives a notice knows it comes from their organization.
Two message levels
- Notice. A regular notification with a soft sound. For information and instructions that do not require immediate action.
- Alert. Sounds like an alarm even when the phone is on silent. For evacuations, lockdowns and any urgent instruction.
Privacy by design
- No sign-up: it does not ask for your name, email or phone number.
- No location: the app does not access the phone’s location.
- User control: each person can see the channels they are subscribed to and unsubscribe at any time.
- No commercial use: messages are never used for advertising or marketing purposes.
